Waterdown Rod & Gun Club’s game dinner
I was invited to a pot luck wild game dinner at the lWaterdown Rod & Gun Club. About 60 members showed up with various home cooked meals of venison, bear, moose, and salmon to name but a few.
Chili, stews, sausages, roasts in all forms satisfied even the hungriest member.
A raffle for frozen turkeys were drawn while munching on homemade deserts ensured everyone was happy.
An outdoor shotgun range with skeet and trap on Wednesday & Sunday mornings will keep you on target with a little practise.
They also will be developing an archery range for 3D and target shoots in 2009.
