Brighton Provincial Wildlife Area Management Plan

Ministry of Natural Resources needs your input in order to create an approved management plan.

How do you get involved?

The Ministry of Natural Resources is preparing a management plan that will outline future uses of the site. Participation from the public is necessary to get a broad understanding of the area under discussion.

On Thursday, March 25, 2010 from 3:00-7:00pm, the Ministry of Natural Resources is hosting a drop in information session.

The information session will be held at the Brighton Municipality Office, 35 Alice St, Brighton ON.

The BPWA has been used for a variety of uses, from hiking and nature appreciation to off-road vehicle use and military training.

There is 392 hectares of crown land in the Municipality of Brighton and the City of Quinte West.

The Ministry of Natural Resources needs your input in order to create an approved management plan.
