DIY Whitetail food plot experts and rookies had a great day during the QDMA Field Day Seminar.
Participants came early for the field day seminar for food plot basics and quality deer management tips.
Thirty people were in information overload as speakers (QDMA) talked Whitetail Deer during the 6 hour seminar.
Lots of local hunters and land owners signed up for the DIY seminar. There were some well know celebrities in attendance as well with Taylor Wright of The Canadian Traditions TV Show and Lawrence Beckett from S.C.I.
An awesome BBQ lunch kept everyone going during the afternoon tour of pastures, tree lines and trails.
A ton of door prizes where handed out. The $25 entrance fee collected towards QDMA will help the local branch provide information and help to members.

Great day for all !!! I personally had an information over load ! Something to learn for anyone who cares about the health of the deer on their property . Matt and Steve were great as they were bombarded by questions . Met many new people , shared hunting stories . Was glad to be there , and glad to help Steve out !
