The Town of Grimsby is holding a public meeting to seek input into regulations relating to the discharge of firearms within the municipality.The meeting will take place as follows:Date: Monday, September 15, 2008
Time: 7:00 p.m.
Location: Council Chambers, Municipal Office, 160 Livingston Avenue Interested individuals and groups are invited to make presentations. Each presenter will be allowed a maximum of 10 minutes at the podium. Written comments are welcome and must be submitted to the undersigned by September 12, 2008, 12:00 noon. All such comments are considered public documents and will be made available at the meeting.
Persons wishing to present comments may:â€¢ Submit a written request to the undersigned not later than 12:00 noon
on Friday, September 12, 2008
â€¢ Sign up to do so during the registration period before the meeting,
6:30 p.m. – 6:55 p.m.
â€¢ Attend the meetingIt is strongly suggested that those wishing to speak at the meeting submit a written request in order that all interested parties can be accommodated.
