Pheasants Forever Canada Conservation Dinners

101 people attended the 1st. Annual Triple “H” Chapter Pheasants Forever Banquet held at the Bohemian Banquet Centre in Waterdown on February 29, 2008.
Unfortunately, the snowstorm resulted in a lower attendance.  However, on the positive side, the meal was excellent . I know our table had seconds!

Everyone enjoyed the Live Auction and the various raffles.  Badenoch Archery donated numerous items as did other local sponsors.

One table was particularly lucky as Nikola Jozic won the Mossberg Pump Shotgun and Josip Jozic won a great looking painting.

The Triple H Chapter gained positive publicity from the event.  Everyone is looking forward to next year’s event.  If anyone is interested in becoming involved in Triple H Chapter, please contact Jim Marini @ 905-628-3015 or e-mail vondellem@hotmail.com.

The next Pheasants Forever dinner will be hosted by The Niagara Pheasants Forever Chapter on March 29th at Niagara-On-The-Lake at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Michael Olson, chef for “Canada in the Rough” will be attending and signing autographs for his Wild Game cooking DVD.
Artist, Charles Weiss, will be painting a pheasant at the door.
